FAQs
How do you take the measurements?
What is the recommended care
for the items?
We recommended that all items be either hand washed or in the gentle cycle on cold in the washing machine. Hang or lay flat to dry, or use low heat setting on the dryer. Do not iron. This will help preserve the integrity of the thread or paint color, and ensure that patches remain tightly affixed to the garment.
How do you classify the condition
of the items?
All measurements are approximate and taken with the item laid flat. If applicable, buttons, snaps, etc are closed. The length is taken from the longest part of the garment from the top of the shoulder, to the bottom. Chest measurements are taken from armpit to armpit. Waist measurements are taken from side to side with item laid flat. Arm measurements are taken from shoulder seam to end of wrist. If there is no top shoulder seam, measurement is taken from the armpit seam to end of wrist. Inseam measurement is taken from the seam at the crotch to the bottom of the ankle.
Every preloved or vintage item is classified as Excellent, Great, or Good condition. Excellent - no stains, tears, or visible signs of wear. Great - very minimal stains, tears, or signs of wear. Good - some or more obvious stains, tears, or signs of wear.
